1. PARTIES & PURPOSE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms and conditions under which 
the Vendor ("Store Owner / Merchant") operates an approved storefront on the 
Fan HQ Sri Lanka platform. Fan HQ connects passionate geek merchandise, anime, 
TCG, comic, and collectible vendors with buyers across Sri Lanka.

2. VENDOR CONDUCT & PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

2.1 Authenticity: All items listed as official, licensed, or branded merchandise 
    must be 100% authentic. Counterfeit, replica, or bootleg items presented as 
    genuine are strictly prohibited and result in permanent store termination.
2.2 Accurate Condition Grading: Vendors must accurately grade collectible condition 
    (Brand New / Sealed, Like New, Good, Fair) and disclose any box damage or wear.
2.3 Transparent Pricing: The price listed on Fan HQ must be the genuine price agreed 
    with the buyer. No arbitrary price hikes upon buyer contact.

3. DIRECT FULFILLMENT & BUYER COMMUNICATION

3.1 Direct WhatsApp Coordination: Orders placed on Fan HQ hold the item for the buyer. 
    The Vendor agrees to contact the buyer via WhatsApp within 24 hours to confirm 
    delivery arrangements and payment (Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery).
3.2 Island-Wide Courier Standards: Vendors must securely bubble-wrap and protect 
    fragile figures, statues, and graded cards before dispatch via courier partners.

4. SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES & FEES

4.1 Selected Tier: The Vendor agrees to abide by their selected subscription package 
    (Starter Tier, Pro Vendor, or Studio Power Seller).
4.2 Direct Settlements: Transactions are settled directly between the Vendor 
    and the buyer according to agreed payment terms.

5. REVIEW & ONBOARDING SLA
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5.1 Administrative Review: Applications require 2 to 3 business days for identity 
    and verification review by Fan HQ Administration.
5.2 Notification: Once approved, the Vendor's portal will unlock full product upload, 
    inventory management, and storefront branding tools.
